3. Fees and Payment: You agree to pay the fees for the Courses you choose. We accept various payment methods, and you will be responsible for any taxes associated with your purchase. All fees are non-refundable, after 30 days from purchasing date.

5. Intellectual Property: The Course Content is the property of Know-How Academy or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. 11. Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of Egyptian Institutions. The arbitration will be conducted in Egypt and the award will be final and binding.
12. Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Know-How Academy with respect to your use of the Courses and the Know-How Academy website.
13. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post any changes on the Know-How Academy website. Your continued use of the Courses after the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
